Practice Focus Areas

My primary focus areas include business, litigation, corporate law and formation, government contracting, and consulting with or serving as counsel for companies new to the government space. This includes drafting and reviewing non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, proposals, grants, contracts (prime and sub), compliance review and advice, changes/novations, GSA Schedules, and industrial security matters.

Other practice areas include not-for-profit governance, export control advising, employment law, criminal and civil defense, and matters pertaining to military members.

My recent representative experience includes business development services, consulting, government contracting, and proposal / grant research, development and writing for education, technology, native american, and construction companies -- among others. 

My strategic relationships enable client access to streamlined procurement, direct buys, and direct awards through Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB's), 8(a) Program Certified-Firms, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), Tribal Owned Companies, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Enterprises, and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSBs).
